You can use almost everything as a guest. An account is for the things that need to remember you, and it works on every OpenVibe site the moment you arrive.

Questions people ask

The short answers. Every OpenVibe site has its own page of answers on OpenVibe.Help.

Do I need an account to use OpenVibe?

No. Watching streams, the tools, pastes, the wiki and the blog all work as a guest. An account keeps what should last: your history, themes, VODs and notifications.

Do I need a separate account for each OpenVibe site?

No. One OpenVibe account signs you in everywhere, with the same themes, notifications and history.

Can I download or delete my data?

Yes. Export everything OpenVibe holds about you from your account settings, or delete your account; every OpenVibe service takes part.

Can I link my other accounts?

Yes. Link platforms like Twitch, YouTube or Kick to your OpenVibe account, and unlink them whenever you like.

Is OpenVibe open source?

Yes. Every OpenVibe service is open source under the OpenVibers organization on GitHub, and the network is run by the people who use it.

Can I build an app on OpenVibe?

Yes. OpenVibe.Services gives you projects, apps, keys and the API docs of every service, and your users sign in with their OpenVibe account through OAuth 2.0 or FedCM.
